There were so many great quotes in this book! It was very hard to choose which one to feature in this post, and I’ll probably end up sharing more quotes from The Goldfinch in the future. I like this one in particular because I think it is quite easy to relate to. Everyone has wanted something that isn’t the best for them at some point in their life, and it’s important to be reminded that it’s simply human nature.
