    1. I had a similar issue- there were so many books that I just didn’t have time for! Hopefully I’ll be able to get caught up a bit soon, but I’m not sure if that will actually happen. There are just so many books!
The Miniaturist sounds really interesting, especially since I’ve never read anything with a setting like that before. I didn’t even know that they used to buy those small houses. It sounds like some sort of dark and twisted fairy tale, which I love.

  1. Blue Lily, Lily Blue made my list as well! I even got my copy autographed by Maggie Stiefvater and I still didn’t get around to reading it. I’ve heard a lot about The Storied Life of A.J.Firky. A friend let me borrow his copy and I hope I’ll be able to get to it sometime this year. I hope you enjoy all of the books!!

    1. That’s so awesome that you have an autographed copy!!I l love when authors sign books, especially really good ones. Thanks for commenting, and I hope you enjoy your books as well whenever you get around to reading them! 🙂

  2. I LOVED Blue Lily, Lily Blue! Can’t wait for the final installment. Afterworlds was interesting, especially if you are really into YA lit world or a writer. I haven’t heard of Chasers of the Light, so I will have to look into it!

    1. That makes me want to read Blue Lily, Lily Blue even more now! I should probably get around to reading The Dream Thieves first though, haha… I’m so behind!

I love stories that incorporating writing in them, so hopefully I’ll like Afterworlds. Characters who are writers are the best because I feel like I can totally connect with them and understand what they are feeling.

      Thanks for commenting! 🙂

  3. I was a little disappointed with The Miniaturist. I hope you have much better luck with it! I hope you enjoy the rest of the books that you didn’t get around to as well!

  4. Ah so many good ones. Got to agree with Solitaire (and Landline) – I think they’re both lovely and I wish I’ve read them already, but I haven’t.
