“Why am I trying to become what I don’t want to be … when all I want is out there, waiting for me the minute I say I know who I am.” ~ Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller
I think this question resides in all of us at some point in our lives, and perhaps it is never truly answered. Often times we find ourselves doing things simply because we feel an obligation to do so. But is there really an obligation, or are we just putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves? What’s stopping us from going out there and chasing after our dreams? There are financial burdens and other factors to consider, of course, but there are little things we can do every day to reach our ultimate goals. Imagine what we could do if we put more effort to reaching this incredible potential!

Wow – profound quote this week Holly! I like leaving it unanswered, perhaps because what a person consists of can change over time and it is only until you’re older that you realise that some of your principles stay with you no matter what.
