“The moments that define lives aren’t always obvious. They don’t always scream LEDGE, and nine times out of ten there’s no rope to duck under, no line to cross, no blood pact, no official letter on fancy paper. They aren’t always protracted, heavy with meaning.” ~ Vicious by V.E. Schwab
I love this quote from V.E. Schwab’s novel, Vicious. It reminds us that not every day has to be extraordinary in order for it to be important and meaningful and spectacular in its own way. Each day is an opportunity for great things to happen, even if it doesn’t appear that way at first.
For a book about villains, Vicious sure does have some positivity to share!

Hi! First things first ,I love VE Schwab and that really is a lovely quote but I’m commenting to let you know that I’m also a book blogger with a nut allergy! I rarely find other people who have one too so this is pretty exciting. Have a good day!

Oh my gosh no way!! Thanks so much for commenting; I love hearing from people who have the nut allergies, too! (Not because I love that they have nut allergies haha, it’s just nice to know I’m not alone.) I’m following your blog now as well, so we should definitely stay in touch! 🙂

I completely understand! There are many things that you couldn’t possibly understand without allergies. I agree!
