Top Ten Best Books I Read in 2015

Oh, how I’ve missed my weekly dose of Top Ten Tuesday! I haven’t been able to write one of these posts in months because I’ve been so busy with my first semester of college, but I’m ecstatic to say that today officially marks the beginning of my winter break! WOO HOO!

To celebrate, I thought I’d participate in Top Ten Tuesday today, which is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is theΒ Top Ten Books I’ve Read in 2015.Β Because I’ve read so many great books this year I’ve decided to only include my favorite books that I’ve read for the first time.

Without further ado, let’s get to it!

Surprisingly enough, there are two authors that appear more than once on my overall Top Ten list this year: V.E. Schwab and Michael Crichton. It’s safe to say that they’ve both made it to my ever-growing list of favorite authors!

Overall, I think I had a great year for reading. I wish I could have read more during these past months while at college, but classes and school work kept me so busy that I hardly had time for anything else. Still, I’m really happy with the amount of fantastic books I read this year!

What are some of the best books you’ve read in 2015? Do our lists share any of the same books? Let me know in the comments section below!

    1. Thanks! πŸ™‚ Mindy Kaling’s books are fantastic- they’re great reads for when you need to be cheered up or to relax a bit. It feels as though you’re conversing with your BFF- and it’s Mindy! I actually think I like her second book better than her first, but both are absolutely well worth the read.
